CROSO FRANCE is responsible for the processing of personal data collected via aubin.croso-france.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act. A historic declaration with the French CNIL was made under no. 1973554 v 0 dated 02/07/2016.

We collect the following data via the contact form and the quote request form:

• Name
• Company / organisation
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Intended use type
• Message / description of need

No sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) is requested or collected.

Collected data is used solely to:

• Prepare a commercial proposal tailored to your needs

• Technical subprocessors:
  • Hosting: OVH SAS (Roubaix, France) — site and email hosting and storage
  • Email delivery: dedicated SMTP server at mpproduction.fr

Our subprocessors are contractually bound to strictly respect confidentiality and GDPR obligations. All data is hosted on servers located in France (European Union).
